Mushroom Pastries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chilled pastry
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 c. soft butter
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute onion; add mushrooms and cook slowly, about 3 minutes.
    Add thyme, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cook gently until thickened, cool!
