Potato Topped Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. browned ground beef
 
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
3/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
- 
                            Brown beef and onion in shortening; drain.
 
Stir in seasoning, corn, cheese and ketchup.
Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Blend egg yolks into potatoes.
Spread on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Place under broiler for several minutes for a crisper topping.
