Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cheese (Velveeta)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    salt
Preparation
    Melt cheese in milk, stirring constantly.
    Mix remaining ingredients together; add to cheese mixture.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Great for sandwiches for a reception.
