Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel carrots, slice and cook in water until tender.
    Process cooked carrots in blender until smooth.
    Add all other ingredients and place in greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
