Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    pepper to taste
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, melt butter with garlic.
    In medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Dip chicken in garlic butter; coat with crumb mixture.
    Place skin side up in pan containing garlic butter.
    Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until tender, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
