Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 oz. noodles
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 small can mushrooms
Preparation

Allow roast to come to room temperature.
Leave out at least 1 hour, but you can leave out overnight.
Season as you like.
Use no salt or salt products at this time, as they will draw juices and toughen the meat.
Garlic slivers in the fat and a good grinding of black pepper are nice.
