Delicious Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    beer
    1 egg white, beaten very stiff
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix flour, 2 eggs and salt together.
    Add enough beer to form a thick but still pourable batter.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
    Allow to ferment at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Dip fillets into batter and deep-fry until crisp and golden brown.
