Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Place hash brown potatoes in casserole dish.
    Brown onion in 1/2 margarine.
    Add to top of potatoes.
    Top this with sour cream, milk, soup and cheese.
    Mix corn flakes with remaining half of margarine for topping.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
