Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or 20 minutes for muffins.
