Mom'S Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    melted butter
    cinnamon and sugar mixture (like for cinnamon toast)
    powdered sugar and water glaze *
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Heat milk to almost a boil. Let cool down some.
    Add oil and lukewarm milk to dry mixture to make dough.
    Put in a warm place and let it rise double.
    Sift softly; spread on a floured wax paper to about 1-inch thick and sprinkle with melted butter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
    Roll into a long roll and cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch pieces.
    Place in pan and let rise again in warm place.
    Top with melted butter (and more cinnamon-sugar mix, if desired) and bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
