Easy Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 c. water
    8 oz. uncooked lasagne noodles
    15 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In saucepan, heat spaghetti sauce and water.
    Combine Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan.
    Pour 3/4 cup sauce in baking dish; arrange 3 lasagne noodles on sauce (pasta will expand while cooking).
    Pour 1/2 cup sauce over pasta; spread with half cheese mixture.
    Cover with 1/2 cup sauce.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with pasta and remaining sauce.
    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan.
    Cover with foil and bake 60 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
