Low-Fat Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. (5 medium) apples, cored and sliced (unpeeled)
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
    1/3 c. margarine *
Preparation
    *Select margarine that has no more than 2 grams of saturated fat per tablespoon.
