Shrimp Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
juice of lemon
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 grated onion
24 oz. fresh or canned shrimp
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender to make paste-like substance.
Add 2 (12-ounce) cans of shrimp or use fresh shrimp. Blend well.
Chill overnight or for several days.
Serve with crackers or on toast.
