Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkgs. Town House or similar crackers
    1 chicken or 4 or 5 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 1/2 stick margarine
    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, optional
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Crush crackers and place in mixing bowl. Pour melted margarine over crackers.
    Place 1/2 cracker mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Reserve other 1/2 for top.
    Boil chicken. Save cup broth.
    Remove chicken from bone.
    Set aside.
    Mix 1 cup broth, both cans of soup and sour cream.
    Add chicken and stir. Pour chicken mixture over crumbs.
    If using cheese, sprinkle over chicken mixture.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
