Cornbread - cooking recipe

1/4 cup oil
1 egg
3 cups cornmeal
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
Preparation

Beat together oil and egg in bowl until blended. Add cornmeal and buttermilk. Stir. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased hot pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
