Western Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (11 oz.) can chili beans
    2 c. crushed chips (Fritos)
    pitted ripe olives
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet, add onions and celery; cook until tender.
    Remove excess fat from skillet.
    Add beans, salt and chili powder.
    Place layer of chips in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
    Alternate layers of chips, cheese and meat mix. Reserve 1/2 cup chips and 1/4 cup cheese for garnish.
    Sprinkle center with reserved cheese.
    Place chips around edge.
    Top with olives.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
