Vic'S Favorite Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-sized ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 bunch scallions, chopped with tops
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped olives
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped mild chilies
    3 to 4 chopped jalapenos with some juice to taste
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
    Salsa gets much hotter the longer it sets so be careful with amount of jalapeno juice added.
    Keeps well, refrigerated in an airtight container.
