Foolproof Baking Powder Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Stir in milk; knead lightly.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
    With hands, pat to 1/2-inch thick rectangle or roll with lightly floured rolling pin.
    Cut into 16 squares.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake for 12 minutes, or until browned.
