Sweet-And-Sour Pork(Frank'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork loin
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in its own juice
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. thinly sliced green pepper
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
Preparation
    Trim all visible fat from pork loin and cut meat into thin strips.
    Heat oil in a skillet and brown the meat strips.
    Remove the meat and set aside.
    Drain pineapple and combine pineapple juice with water, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce. Shake in a glass jar until well mixed.
