Scalloped Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. thin-sliced, pared potatoes (about 8 medium)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

In greased 11 x 7 x1 1/2-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onion. Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over potatoes.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 8 servings.
