Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, sliced
    3/4 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 1/2 c. croutons
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil zucchini until slightly tender; drain.
    Cool.
    Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Saute carrot and onion in 4 tablespoons of margarine.
    Add to the zucchini.
    Melt remaining margarine and mix with 1 1/2 cups of croutons.
    Add to the zucchini mixture.
    Mix soup and sour cream and pour over mixture.
    Top with remaining croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
