Sweet Potato With Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small sweet potatoes
    1/3 as much pineapple as potatoes
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skin on.
    When cool, peel and cut into pieces 1 1/4 inches thick.
    Mix honey with hot water.
    Just cover the bottom of a baking dish with the mixture.
    Add the sweet potatoes and sliced pineapple.
    Pour the remaining honey mixture over them and bake for 10 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
