Steamed Plum Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. plum jam
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped ginger root
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 pieces chicken legs, thighs and wings
Preparation
    Combine sesame seed, cornstarch, soy sauce and plum jam; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Coat chicken pieces with sauce; place in aluminum foil.
    Spoon remaining sauce over chicken.
    Wrap and steam 30 minutes or until tender.
    Serve with rice.
