Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 c. shortening
3 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and soda.
Add shortening; mix well. Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
Add buttermilk to yeast and add liquid to flour mix.
After mixing thoroughly, roll out and cut. Bake at 450\u00b0 until golden brown.
May be stored up to 1 week in refrigerator.
