Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Karo
1 c. water
2 lb. raw peanuts
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil at 245\u00b0 sugar, Karo and water.
Add raw peanuts and cook to 290\u00b0.
Add butter and cook to 310\u00b0.
Add and stir salt, soda and vanilla.
Quickly pour out onto greased surface such as marble slab.
Pull to help thin out.
