Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 peeled medium-large potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
butter
paprika
Preparation
-
Boil potatoes.
Mash with cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Put into buttered casserole dish.
Top with pats of butter.
(Can be stored up to 2 days before baking.)
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
