Ham-Kraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and finely chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
Preparation

Prepare Horseradish Sauce (recipe follows).
Mix remaining ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place balls on greased rack in broiler pan.
Bake in 375\u00b0
oven 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve hot.
Place sauce nearby.
