Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 medium potatoes or 3 lb.
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. cheese, cubed
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. mayo
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cube potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Boil, drain and cool. Combine all ingredients (1/2 of bacon).
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining bacon.
    Bake in oven, uncovered, until top turns light brown.
    Bake at 350\u00b0. Serves 10 to 12.
