Grandma'S Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast
    1 large onion, cut in wedges
    mustard
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut slits in roast. Put onion wedges in slits. Salt and pepper entire roast.
    Cover roast with mustard and coat with flour. Place in baking pan and add water around it. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done. Baste often with water to form crust.
