Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2/3 c. solid Crisco
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Put flour and salt in a bowl.
    Cut in Crisco with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs.
    Sprinkle water over mixture.
    Quickly make a ball with mixture.
    (Do not add more water.)
    Use a pastry cloth and cover for rolling pin, lightly floured, and roll out 2 crusts.
    (You may refrigerate dough and use later.)
