Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 small can black olives, chopped
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated (can use less)
    12 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Set aside 1/4 of grated cheese.
    Mix sour cream, soup, green onions, chilies, olives and remaining cheese.
    Soften tortillas, spoon sour cream mixture onto tortilla and roll.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Top with leftover mixture, remaining cheese and add more chopped olives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
