Ricotta Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 pt. half and half or cream
5 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Beat all ingredients with mixer.
Pour into 2 deep-dish pie shells.
Bake
at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 to 45 more minutes.
