Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
5 eggs
2 c. mashed bananas (4)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. banana cream instant pudding
1 c. pecans if desired

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil eggs and bananas in large bowl.
