Ingredients

2 C. peeled, uncooked potatoes
2 eggs
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 C. parsley
1/4 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put half of potatoes into a blender with the other 5 ingredients. Blend on high. As blender is running, add remaining potatoes. Blend until soupy.
