Clam Casino Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 cans Doxie minced clams (retain juice from 2 cans)
1/2 c. + 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
dash of pepper
1 stack crushed Ritz crackers

Preparation

Mix altogether and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (45 minutes to 1 hour).
Use as a hot dip or to fill clam shells.
