Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. hash brown potatoes, thawed
    5 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage, drain.
    Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles and place on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or 12-inch round cake pan with points toward center.
    Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust.
    Spoon sausage over crust.
    Sprinkle with potatoes and top with Cheddar cheese.
    In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over crust.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
