Swedish Spritz Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar a little at a time.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Put 3/4 of dough mixture in a cookie press.
    Press out onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with colored sugar and bake 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Watch to make sure they don't burn!
