Scalloped Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cheese flavored cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Layer half each of tomatoes, onion, cracker crumbs, sugar and salt in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Repeat with remaining half.
