Tex-Mex Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 corn tortillas, torn into bite size pieces
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. water
    1/8 c. oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Stir-fry tortillas in oil for 2 minutes.
    Add onions, tomato sauce, salt and water.
    Top with cheese and simmer until water is absorbed and cheese is melted.
