Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 onions, chopped
    2 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat.
    Add onions and peppers.
    Continue to cook until onion is transparent.
    Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Pour in greased 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove.
    Cover the last 15 minutes.
    Serves 8.
