Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 minced onions
    1 lb. ground beef
    crushed clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    3 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. tomato puree
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
Preparation
    Pour oil into a skillet.
    Brown the onions and ground beef for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, tomatoes, tomato puree and tomato paste.
    Cover with lid.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
