Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1/3 c. salsa
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut avocados in half; remove seed and peel.
    In a medium bowl, mash avocados with a fork until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Serve with vegetables or tortilla chips. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
