Grandma'S Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Pour about 1/2-inch of oil in electric skillet.
    Heat to 350\u00b0. Dredge rinsed, skinless, boneless chicken breasts in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Place chicken in skillet, turn down heat to 250\u00b0.
    Brown on both sides.
    Cook for about 1 hour or until done.
