Custard Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients in a 4-cup measure or 1-quart casserole until well blended.
Microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 7 to 8 minutes or until back of spoon is coated.
Stir occasionally during cooking.
Chill before serving.
Recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups.
