Butter Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    3 tall cans evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Toast pecans in melted butter in skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
    Mix sugar, pudding, canned milk, vanilla and salt.
    Add toasted pecans and butter.
    Pour into freezer container.
    Fill to
    line and freeze.
    No cholesterol.
