Light Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. skim milk
2 small chopped garlic
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Molly McButter
4 c. fettuccine, cooked
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, whisk milk, garlic, cornstarch and cream cheese.
Bring to boil, whisk constantly.
Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes or until thick.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Parmesan and Molly McButter.
Pour over noodles.
Salt and pepper.
Serves 4.
