Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream butter, then add sugar gradually. Beat in eggs, pumpkin and vanilla, mixing to combine. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and spices. Blend in with pumpkin mixture. Add nuts and raisins. Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until center springs back. Let cool before serving.
