Roast Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ducks, cut in half
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 c. water
    juice from 1 small lemon
    paprika
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Rub ducks with garlic, salt and pepper.
    Place breast side down in roaster.
    Combine other ingredients except paprika; pour over ducks.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    When ducks are tender, turn breast side up and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake until golden brown.
    Can be served with gravy.
    Add small amount of flour to drippings and cook until thickened, gradually add water to your desire.
    Makes 4 servings.
