Big Boy Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. strawberry jello
2 drops red food color
1 c. flour
1 stick margarine, softened
2 Tbsp. cold water
3 or 4 c. strawberries, sliced

Preparation

Cook until clear the sugar, cornstarch and water.
Add the jello and food color.
Set aside to cool.
Mix together flour, margarine and cold water.
Pat into pie pan; prick with fork. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown; cool.
Arrange strawberries in bottom of cooled crust.
Drizzle jello mixture over berries and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream on top.
