Date-Pecan Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Stir alternately with sour cream into sugar mixture.
Stir in dates.
